We use a liquid chemical which when diluted in warm water simultaneously degrease and form a thin, protective phosphate conversion coating on steel, zinc and aluminium. We use a washing machine for this process. The benefits are it degreases oily surfaces gives a protective layer and improves paint and powder adhesion.
We only use polyester powder unless other wise specified. This process is recommended for use on exterior fittings where high resistance to weathering is required. It is applied through a spray gun using an electro static charge. It is available in different gloss levels and colours.
